Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the Automation Engineer position.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and a dynamic work culture\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance\n\nWhat you will do:\nRoutine sample preparation of drug product samples with an automated liquid handler as well as maintenance of automation systems\n\nDesign, develop, program, and implement automated solutions using various digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365 products)\n\nAct as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation and digitalization to lead various workstreams\n\nParticipate in root cause analysis for automation-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions\n\nEnsure all automation activities comply with relevant GxP regulations, safety standards, and company policies\n\nEngage directly with automation scientists and other stakeholders to propose and implement automated solutions accordingly\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nMaster Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or a related field\n\nProficient programming skills in Python and other languages relevant to automation\n\nHands-on experience with liquid handlers is highly desired, e.g. experience with state-of-the-art liquid handler software/hardware such as Hamilton Vantage/STAR line or, Tecan Fluent/Evo\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment\n\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
