Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.\nWhat you will do\nPerform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.\n\nExecute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.\n\nWork in a cleanroom environment while following strict aseptic techniques.\n\nComplete production documentation accurately and on time.\n\nIdentify and report deviations to help ensure compliance and product quality.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.\n\nCollaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nCompleted laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field.\n\nIdeally 2 years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.\n\nAbility to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.\n\nGood communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\n\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nWillingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
