This is an exciting opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise while working in a collaborative, GMP-regulated environment supporting both clinical and commercial operations.\nWhat you will get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\n\nMedical, dental and vision insurance.\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and technical development.\n\nExposure to advanced cell therapy manufacturing technologies.\n\nThe opportunity to contribute to therapies that improve patient lives.\n\nWhat you will do\nPerform manufacturing operations within cell therapy production areas while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.\n\nSupport technical transfer and operational readiness activities for new customer programs.\n\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and commercial products.\n\nTrain colleagues on new processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems.\n\nAuthor, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational performance.\n\nEnsure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP, EHS, and site procedures.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in biology or a related life sciences field preferred.\n\nExperience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapy, or a related industry.\n\nKnowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.\n\nExperience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to follow detailed procedures and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCommitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
