Acting as a subject matter expert, you will partner with business and technology teams to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA EHS capabilities.\nSupport the global deployment of SAP S/4HANA EHS and Product Compliance solutions across multiple implementation waves.\nServe as the business process expert for Incident Management, Action & Task Management, Inspection & Audit Management, Risk Assessment, and Global Label Management (GLM).\nCollaborate with global EHS, Product Compliance, IT, and program stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.\nAct as the liaison between corporate program teams and site-level stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of standardized processes.\nEvaluate local business processes, identify gaps, and drive alignment with global templates and best practices.\nLead process design, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.\nDevelop and deliver training, documentation, and change management materials to support user adoption.\nParticipate in system testing, validation, defect resolution, and go-live readiness activities.\nProvide expert guidance on EHS regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP-enabled business processes.\nSupport long-term sustainability and governance of EHS and Product Compliance solutions post-implementation.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in EHS and/or Product Compliance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.\nProven experience implementing and optimizing EHS processes in SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA.\nHands-on experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations, from design and configuration through deployment and post-go-live support.\nStrong knowledge of EHS and Product Compliance business processes.\nExperience with Global Label Management (GLM) required; experience with Environment Management and Sustainability Control Tower is strongly preferred.\nProfessional EHS certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar) are a plus.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
