And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n\nAccess to Lonza’s global benefits program.\n\nWhat you will do:\nPartner with engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams to support smooth project execution.\n\nTroubleshoot and improve equipment, processes, and systems.\n\nWrite, review, and execute qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and existing equipment.\n\nIdentify risks to product quality and apply mitigation strategies.\n\nGenerate validation reports and maintain compliant documentation following FDA and cGMP guidelines.\n\nManage and close deviations or non-conformances identified during testing.\n\nSupport engineering documentation such as user requirements and design qualification materials.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; engineering degree preferred.\n\n3-5 years of experience\n\nExperience in CQV and temperature mapping.\n\nExperience in Operational and Performance qualification testing\n\nUnderstanding of FDA, ICH, ISPE, and ISO guidelines.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\nAbility to solve problems and work cross-functionally.\n\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\n\nInterest in improving systems and supporting safe, effective drug development.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
