This role offers the opportunity to lead operators, support continuous improvement, and play a key part in a high-impact manufacturing environment.\nWhat you will get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\nWhat you will do\nLead Packaging operations, ensuring batch record execution and documentation meets cGMP standards.\nSupport Manufacturing, QA, Warehouse, and Facilities teams to ensure alignment with FDA and company requirements.\nOversee and coordinate cleaning and sanitization of primary and secondary packaging rooms and equipment.\nAssign and direct staff to production rooms to ensure smooth operations and address packaging-related blocking issues.\nAssist with troubleshooting equipment and help set up automated machinery for packaging processes.\nReconcile and move materials between packaging areas and the warehouse.\nTrain Operators and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with SQDC goals.\nWhat we are looking for\n4+ years of relevant experience within a manufacturing, packaging, or GMP-regulated environment.\nStrong understanding of cGMP requirements and documentation practices.\nAbility to lead others, troubleshoot equipment, and support cross-functional operations.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively on a 12hr night shift schedule.\nExperience with automated packaging equipment is a plus.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
