You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).\nWhat you will get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nWhat you will do\nDefine and drive the overall security architecture strategy across cloud, digital, and AI platforms\nLead security architecture decisions for complex initiatives including cloud transformations and AI-driven solutions\nConduct and oversee security architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks early\nEstablish and enforce security control frameworks across identity, network, data, workload, and monitoring layers\nDesign secure AI/ML solutions ensuring data protection, model integrity, and regulatory compliance\nCollaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed security-by-design into all initiatives\nProvide strategic guidance on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices\nWhat we are looking for\nProven experience in cybersecurity architecture within enterprise environments\nStrong expertise in security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001\nExperience designing and securing cloud-native and hybrid architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS)\nKnowledge of AI/ML platforms and their security implications, including enterprise AI solutions\nAdvanced skills in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security control implementation\nStrong communication and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
