  • Ensure the timely and right-first-time (RFT) delivery of GMP documentation, meeting manufacturing and business timelines while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate document creation activities, proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, manage changes, and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on document content, style, formatting standards, document management systems (DMS), documentation procedures, and GMP best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic documentation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, compliance, and overall documentation performance.
  • Troubleshoot documentation and process-related issues, leading root cause investigations and collaborating across functions to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain compliance and capability within the team, ensuring training requirements are met, documentation standards are upheld, and team members are equipped to support evolving business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Exercises sound judgement and initiative, proactively identifying risks, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring timely resolution of challenges that could impact quality, compliance, or delivery.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results against demanding timelines, effectively managing priorities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer focus.
