Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.\nWhat you will do:\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support remotely and on site\nTravel (~50%) to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration\nSupport audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations\nEnsure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments\nStrong client-facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions\nFluency in French, English, and Turkish (written and spoken)\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time\nSolid understanding of GMP and quality standards\nStrong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment\nBackground in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
