Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.\nWhat you will do:\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support remotely and on site.\n\nTravel (~50%) to customer locations across EMEA, specially focused on Eastern EU countries, to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting.\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration.\n\nSupport audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations.\n\nEnsure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical environment or other regulated environments.\n\nExperience on capsule filling industry (nutra/pharma), especially focused on capsule filling machines technologies.\n\nStrong client-facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions.\n\nFluency in English (written and spoken), and wished to add any Eastern country language (I.e.: Polish, Balkans, Romanian, Czech).\n\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.\n\nSolid understanding of GMP and quality standards.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.\n\nBackground in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
