Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nShape the future of medicine by helping build pharmaceutical products from clinical development through manufacturing.\nGrow your technical skills while working alongside manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.\nWork in a safe, high-quality environment that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDay-one life, disability, medical, dental, and vision insurance options.\n401(k) with a 100% company match up to 6% of salary, plus an additional company contribution.\nTuition reimbursement to support your professional development.\nParticipation in Lonza’s performance-based bonus program.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport the manufacture of clinical trial materials used in pharmaceutical development.\nOperate, assemble, clean, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment following approved procedures.\nMaintain production areas and assist with equipment maintenance and calibration activities.\nPartner with engineers to install, start up, and test manufacturing equipment and processes.\nCollect and organize production data to support operational and project objectives.\nFollow safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards while completing daily work.\nPrepare and update work instructions, training materials, and production documentation.\nWhat we are looking for:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nInterest in learning pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment operation.\nStrong attention to safety, quality, and documentation standards.\nAbility to work in controlled manufacturing environments while wearing required protective equipment.\nComfortable performing the physical aspects of the role, including material handling and equipment operation.\nStrong communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
