You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and drive continuous improvement.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found at lonza.com/careers/benefits\n\nWhat you will do:\nSupport 24/7 operation of GMP process and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime\n\nLead troubleshooting and resolve automation system issues\n\nManage vendors and suppliers for automation system implementation and support\n\nDevelop and maintain specifications and documentation for automation systems\n\nCollaborate with IT/OT teams to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure\n\nMentor junior engineers and technicians\n\nDrive improvements in automation systems through hardware/software upgrades\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nAssociate’s Degree (minimum) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n\nExperience with industrial automation and controls in a manufacturing environment\n\nFamiliarity with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI development, and FactoryTalk systems\n\nKnowledge of SCADA, Building Automation Systems, and network infrastructure\n\nAbility to support manufacturing operations on an on-call rotation\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and understanding of safety practices\n\nExperience in regulated industries such as biotech or pharmaceuticals preferred\n\nEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
