This hands-on position offers the opportunity to drive standardization, support\nmanufacturing excellence, and directly impact how life-saving therapies are delivered.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location.\nWhat you will do:\nCreate and maintain Supply Chain Master Data in SAP, including material master\ndata, BOMs, recipes, and related records, following established procedures and\nguidelines.\nSupport daily master data operations by processing requests, performing data\nupdates, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.\nAssist in data quality reviews and help identify and resolve data inconsistencies.\nWork closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance,\nPurchasing, and other functions to gather and validate master data requirements.\nSupport workflow monitoring, documentation, and compliance activities in accordance\nwith company and GMP requirements.\nParticipate in master data improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance\ndata quality and process efficiency.\nBuild knowledge of Supply Chain processes, SAP master data structures, and data\ngovernance principles through training and on-the-job experience.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Management,\nInformation Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical\nexperience.\nProfessional experience in data management, supply chain operations, ERP\nsystems, or a related business environment is beneficial.\nSAP Master data experience required; SAP Supply Chain modules are preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
