You will support the Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement (PECI) team in delivering an efficient, streamlined and high-quality service to the HR function and wider business.\nWhat you will get:\n\nFull apprenticeship training will be provided, with the post holder working towards a Level 3 HR Support qualification. 16 months course.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\nHybrid working policy - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home\nAccess to global benefits via https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nWhat you will do:\nBuild knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle through exposure to a variety of HR Operations & Delivery projects.\n\nSupport process mapping, root cause analysis and process improvement activities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.\n\nAssist in identifying process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and employee experience.\n\nContribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives, including idea intake, documentation, tracking and reporting.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues across HR, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Digital, gaining exposure to different areas of the function.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nStrong proficiency in excel PowerPoint and digital tools, with an interest in AI-enabled technologies.\n\nAnalytical mindset with an ability to interpret data, identify trends and solve problems\n\nCurious and proactive learner with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\n\nPositive attitude, resilience and willingness to learn and develop.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
