Create high end user experience.\nProvide best in class customer service, aiming to quickly resolve queries and issues, always striving to go the extra mile. Be knowledgeable of the business operation and the structure of the business, including key contacts. Provide ad-hoc support and advice in the delivery of HR calendar events. \nUse multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries. \nShare customer feedback (process related) with Service Specialist; suggest new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations.\nMonitor quality of Transactional work produced by the Hubs, along with key HR Services metrics.\nInitiate changes in Workday as defined by process.\nWhat we are looking for\nBasic understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.\nFluency in French and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven experience within HR operations, employee services, or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong customer focus, with a passion for delivering a positive employee and stakeholder experience.\nExcellent problem-solving, listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage queries effectively and professionally.\nDetail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and service delivery.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
