In this role, you will design innovative SAP solutions across Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Inventory Management (IM), and Transportation Management (TM), helping to optimize business processes and deliver lasting value across our global organization.\nDesign and deliver SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions as part of Lonza's S/4HANA transformation program.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify technology solutions that improve performance.\nLead solution design, architecture, and blueprint activities to align business needs with SAP capabilities.\nEnsure seamless integration between SAP and connected business systems while maintaining end-to-end solution integrity.\nGuide configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities across SAP logistics solutions.\nBuild strong relationships with project teams, business leaders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.\nChampion best practices, support user adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.\nStrong experience designing and implementing SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.\nRecent hands-on experience supporting or leading at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation project, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in the S/4HANA landscape.\nDeep understanding of SAP logistics processes and their integration with broader SAP landscapes.\nExperience with SAP configuration, solution enhancement, testing, and troubleshooting activities.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.\nStrong understanding of SAP integration points across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and related business functions.\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSAP certification and experience working within Agile delivery environments are beneficial.\nExperience with SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and modern SAP best practices is preferred.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
