The role ensures timely product delivery, adherence to production parameters, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during assigned shifts.\nWhat You Will Get:\nHands-on experience operating HCM, ILD, Borsor, and iBox machines\nStructured on-the-job and GMP training\nOpportunity to enhance technical and operational skills\nSafe and collaborative manufacturing environment\nWhat You Will Do:\nFollow gowning procedures, personal hygiene, safety, and GMP guidelines\nOperate HCM, ILD, and iBox machines to achieve optimal production output\nPerform shift handover and takeover at the workplace\nFollow WOPs and SOPs to meet defined process parameters\nConduct capsule sampling, identify defects, and record inspection results\nTake corrective actions for quality deviations and production issues\nCoordinate with Gelatin Melting (GMR) and Engineering teams for smooth operations\nMaintain production documentation, machine logs, and quality records\nPerform machine changeovers, line clearance, and equipment setup for new orders\nClean and inspect machines during changeovers and shutdowns\nExecute jobs assigned during plant shutdown periods\nParticipate in and complete all mandatory training programs\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nStrong understanding of GMP and manufacturing discipline\nAbility to operate and maintain production machinery\nAttention to detail for defect identification and quality compliance\nGood teamwork, communication, and discipline on shift operations\nWillingness to learn and upskill across HCM, ILD, and iBox operations\nEducation: ITI or Diploma\nExperience: Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment\nLanguages: English and Hindi\nToday, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents.
