Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you’ll get:\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nDaily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nProcess Learning:\nLearn and understand the principles and processes involved in fill and finish operations for pharmaceutical products.\n\nQuality Compliance:\nEnsure strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations in all activities.\n\nDocumentation:\nParticipate to the development of the standard working procedures of the related activities in compliance with company policies.\n\nProblem-Solving:\nCollaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot process-related issues.\n\nSupervision and Development:\nReceive daily supervision for routine work and step-by-step guidance on new tasks.\n\nProvide support in task organization and documentation.\n\nReceive coaching on process flow within a cGMP manufacturing environment.\n\nBe encouraged to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills with appropriate guidance.\n\nWhat we'are looking for:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in biomedical science, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, chemical engineering or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.\n\nA passion and desire to learn new things.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
