responsibility for technical availability, service performance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management of IDBS E-WorkBook and Revvity Signals Notebook\nEnsure ELN systems remain reliable, scalable, and fit for business needs across Research & Development and Process Development functions\nMonitor platform performance, coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable enhancements\nMaintain effective configuration, change, release, documentation, and service management processes aligned with enterprise standards\nServe as the technical escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions, coordinating resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders\nELN Transformation & Project Delivery\nPlay a key role in the global rollout and adoption of Revvity Signals Notebook across Lonza\nContribute to requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, integrations, validation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities\nLead assigned workstreams and technical initiatives to ensure successful project execution\nSupport transition of new capabilities into steady-state operations while maintaining service quality and user adoption\nPartner with technical specialists and fellow system owners to build cross-platform capability and eliminate platform silos\nCompliance, Security & Governance\nEnsure compliance with applicable GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, access management, and validation requirements\nApply risk-based controls according to the regulatory classification and operational criticality of each implementation\nMaintain audit readiness and support periodic reviews, inspections, and compliance assessments\nCreate, review, and approve system documentation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures\nDrive adherence to enterprise governance standards for laboratory systems and digital platforms\nStakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership\nPartner with Global Business Process Owners, business platforms, and site stakeholders to understand evolving requirements and priorities\nTranslate scientific and operational business needs into sustainable technology solutions\nSupport business adoption through effective communication, change management, and user engagement\nCollaborate with laboratory informatics teams, enterprise architects, vendors, and service providers to optimize platform value\nFoster strong relationships across global, matrixed teams to drive alignment and successful outcomes\nRoadmap, Innovation & Continuous Improvement\nDefine and maintain the ELN technology roadmap, including upgrades, integrations, migrations, standardization initiatives, and platform rationalization activities\nEvaluate new technologies and capabilities that enhance laboratory productivity, collaboration, and digital scientific workflows\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize performance, user experience, and operational efficiency\nDevelop recommendations for governance forums and leadership teams regarding future platform direction and investment priorities\nContribute to broader Laboratory Management Systems and Enterprise Solutions strategies\nVendor & Financial Management\nManage operational supplier relationships, licensing agreements, renewals, service levels, and support models\nMonitor vendor performance and ensure delivery against contractual commitments\nProvide input into annual budgeting and forecasting activities\nSupport lifecycle cost planning, project investment evaluations, capacity planning, and cost optimization initiatives\nIdentify opportunities to improve value realization while maintaining system quality and compliance\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline\n8+ years of experience in IT application ownership, laboratory informatics, scientific systems, enterprise applications, or related technology roles\nStrong experience with application lifecycle management, IT service management, and enterprise system ownership\nUnderstanding of Electronic Laboratory Notebook platforms, laboratory informatics, and scientific workflows supporting Research & Development or Process Development\nExperience with IDBS E-WorkBook, Revvity Signals Notebook, or comparable laboratory informatics platforms is highly desirable\nKnowledge of system architecture, integrations, security, data flows, and operational support practices\nExperience participating in enterprise software implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage operational support and project delivery simultaneously\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage scientific, technical, operational, and leadership audiences\nFinancial awareness and experience supporting budgets, forecasts, vendor management, and investment planning\nUnderstanding of GxP environments, computerized system validation, regulated change control, and data integrity requirements is highly preferred\nExperience working within highly regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare is
