Site Leadership\nSet up governance, reporting and delivery structure for the Project\nDrive delivery of agreed improvements and overall strategic change management (people, process & technology) leading a team of Subject Matter Experts\nAssure alignment and drive synergies with other local programs\nProvide ongoing reporting and escalations as required\nPartner with other project managers to support each other and jointly derive best practices to constantly improve ways of working and effectiveness of the implementation of improvements\nRole model a mindset and practice of continuous improvement\nWhat we are looking for:\nUniversity Degree in Engineering or Science or Business\nExcellent in German, Fluent in English\nMin. experience of 1-3 years in the field of Project Management (ideally PMP/ Prince 2 certification) within a Biotechnology-/ Pharma-/ Chemical GMP Environment\nSuccessful delivery of projects in complex environments\nStrong analytical skills, solid business understanding and ability to synthesize to key messages\nStrong knowledge about IT Applications and key business processes\nAbility to navigate complex stakeholder environments\nDemonstrated communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of a multinational organization\nStrong time management skills\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
