Drive the integration of HR systems and processes to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency across platforms.\nEvaluate emerging HR technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve employee experience and HR service delivery.\nDevelop HR analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across HR technology environments, including adherence to GDPR and other applicable regulations.\nDesign and deliver training programs to support adoption of new HR technologies, tools, and processes.\nServe as the HR technology subject matter expert, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution for HR digital platforms.\nLead change management activities to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and long-term value realization from HR transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders across regions to support continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes and systems.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, digital HR transformation, or related roles.\nProven experience implementing and optimizing enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, UKG, Strada Payroll, or similar solutions, with strong systems integration knowledge.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning, and offboarding.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex HR technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and change management programs in a global environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\nExperience working in global, matrixed organizations; proficiency in English, with carve-out, M&A, or large-scale transformation experience considered a strong advantage\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
