This role provides leadership for daily facilities operations, contractor oversight, budgeting, staffing, space planning, and facility expansion planning to ensure the Houston site remains safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nMedical, dental and vision insurance.\nPaid Time Off\nAnd much more\nWhat you will do:\nSite Facilities Operation and Maintenance\nProvide leadership and accountability for the reliable operation and maintenance of Houston site facilities.\nEnsure facilities systems, infrastructure, and building operations are maintained to support site needs, business continuity, and operational readiness.\nFacilities Leadership and Daily Operations\nDirect and lead daily Facilities operations across the site.\nManage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facilities-related activities.\nContractor and Site Services Management\nLead contractor vetting, selection, and supervision for site support services.\nOversee contractor performance in the areas of:Plant security\nGMP Cleaning services\nNon-GMP Cleaning services\nCafeteria services\nPest control programs\nBuilding maintenance technician services\n\nEnsure contractors meet site expectations for safety, quality, compliance, and service performance.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar field.
