Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.\nYou will support the site's Data Integrity (DI) program at one of the largest biologics manufacturing sites in the world, where reliable, complete, and accurate data is essential to ensuring product quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the Site Data Integrity Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to support Data Integrity governance, promote ALCOA+ principles, support continuous improvement activities, and help maintain a sustainable state of compliance across the Visp site.\nWhat you will get\nA place in an inclusive, dynamic, and passionate team, with the opportunity to contribute to the site's Data Integrity program and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across a diverse GMP manufacturing environment.\nAn agile career and a dynamic work culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nWhat you will do\nSupport the site's Data Integrity governance program and contribute to the implementation of DI standards, initiatives, and site-specific improvement activities.\nPromote Data Integrity awareness and ALCOA+ principles through training programs, coaching, and engagement with site functions across Visp.\nPlan, coordinate, and support the execution of Data Integrity Walkthroughs across the Visp site and drive follow-up actions as required.\nSupport and coordinate Data Integrity assessments, remediation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across GMP processes on site.\nProvide Data Integrity support for deviations, investigations, change controls, CAPAs, quality risk assessments, audits, and inspections.\nDeputize the Visp Data Integrity Community and act as deputy for the Site Data Integrity Lead, facilitating community meetings, stakeholder engagement, and site-wide alignment activities as required.\nWhat we are looking for\nAcademic degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Management, or another relevant discipline.\nExperience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment.\nGood understanding of Data Integrity principles, ALCOA+, computerized systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nExperience with quality processes, including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.\nAbility to identify compliance risks, evaluate issues, and support the implementation of effective and pragmatic solutions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nExperience supporting Data Integrity, compliance, computerized systems, CSV, Quality Systems, or related GMP activities.\nExperience supporting audits, inspections, or regulatory interactions is desirable.\nFluency in English is required;
