The full list of our local tailored benefits can also be found below.\nBenefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi\n\nWhat you will do:\nCarry out production processes in cell culture and/or purification in a large-scale stainless steel facility in accordance with cGMP guidelines.\n\nEnsure execution of critical process steps, evaluate test results, and resolve equipment issues.\n\nSupport with electronic batch record review, deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.\n\nContribute to risk assessments and implement defined safety and quality measures.\n\nSupport commissioning and qualification activities.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering on campaign preparation and equipment changeovers.\n\nConduct training sessions for Operators and take on additional assigned tasks.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nCompleted technical education (apprenticeship, advanced technical college, Bachelor) with several years of professional experience, or a university degree (Bachelor/Master) in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or a related field.\n\nSolid knowledge of GMP is required.\n\nPrevious experience with DCS (Delta V) and MES (Syncade) systems is preferred.\n\nWillingness to work in a 4-shift system.\n\nVery good German or English language skills.\n\nStrong communication skills, team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.\n\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
