You can find the full list of local benefits below: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits.\n\nWhat you will do:\nAssume the role of MSAT Process Expert for the manufacturing of clinical or commercial bioconjugates by being responsible for the execution of your assigned programs in the best possible time, quality and cost, in compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines with view on safety, quality, hygiene and the environment.\n\nAssume a crucial role in the network between the different departments.\n\nDeliver all inputs required for your assigned programs from a process and cGMP standpoint.\n\nOwn the life cycle management of your assigned programs including technology transfers, scale ups and suite changes.\n\nLead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor and optimize your assigned programs in a continuous manner.\n\nRepresent process MSAT in audits and inspections.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nMaster or PhD or equivalent experience in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related fields.\n\nSolid experience in bioconjugation and biopharma manufacturing, preferably in the areas of bioconjugation or DSP (mammalian or microbial).\n\nPreferred cGMP experience.\n\nExcellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the organization.\n\nProficient in English; German language skills of advantage.\n\nMotivated, creative, agile and open-minded.\n\nEager to foster teamwork and inclusion.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
