This position offers the opportunity to apply scientific and engineering expertise to help deliver life-changing therapies while working in a highly collaborative GMP manufacturing environment.\nWhat you will get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nOpportunities to support innovative biologics manufacturing programs.\nExposure to cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.\nProfessional development and technical growth opportunities.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\nWhat you will do\nServe as a technical lead for technology transfer and manufacturing process support activities.\nDevelop process understanding, perform risk assessments, and support process improvement initiatives.\nAuthor and review process descriptions, batch records, change controls, and other technical documentation.\nMonitor manufacturing performance, analyze process data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.\nSupport deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and product quality assessments.\nRepresent MSAT on customer-facing and internal project teams, including audits and operational meetings.\nSupport lot release activities and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.\nMaster's degree or PhD preferred.\nExperience supporting manufacturing processes, technology transfer, or process development activities.\nKnowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nExperience authoring and reviewing technical documentation.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
