This person has developed a core competency in transferring and supporting processes from first run in plant, PPQ campaigns, and commercial campaigns.\nWhat you will get:\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment.\n\nOpportunities for career growth and development.\n\nAccess to cutting-edge technologies and tools.\n\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\n\n401(k) matching plan.\n\nSupportive leadership and mentoring.\n\nCommitment to ethical and sustainable practices.\n\nAccess to our full list of global benefits: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nWhat you will do:\nServe as a technical lead for technology transfer, validation, and lifecycle management initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with customer technical and quality representatives as the technical SME to represent MSAT on project teams.\n\nDevelop process understanding and expertise to successfully implement manufacturing solutions.\n\nAuthor, review, and own process-related documentation to ensure flawless execution.\n\nCoordinate change controls and lead all aspects of the implementation of changes as the assigned change agent.\n\nMonitor and report on process performance through detailed data analysis and live presentations.\n\nThis is an individual contributor position and will not have direct reports.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nMinimum of Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.\n\n3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (2+ years of experience with Master’s) with a strong background in manufacturing science and technology functions, including biotech processes, process development, scale-up, tech transfer, and manufacturing.\n\nProven knowledge of aseptic techniques and cell culture.\n\nExperience with bioreactor operation and scale-up.\n\nExcellent ability to effectively communicate ideas and points of view, both orally and in written form. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to excellence.\n\nPrioritizes safety awareness at all times and carefully considers the impact of actions before completing activities.\n\nAbility to share 24/7 on-call support while the process is being manufactured.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
