The full list of our local tailored benefits can also be found below.\nBenefits in Visp: https://bit.ly/3wjkoFi\nThe MSAT Process Specialist of DSP at Lonza AG will play a key role in supporting the successful transfer, scale-up, validation activities, continuous improvement of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This individual will provide technical expertise and hands-on support to ensure robust and efficient production.\nWhat you will do:\nExecute and oversee process validation activities in downstream unit operations.\nSupport the transfer of new manufacturing processes from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring successful scale-up and validation activities\nSupport root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).\nDevelop and revise process documentation, including process description, validation protocols and reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.\nProvide technical support to manufacturing operations for troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D.\nSupport regulatory submissions.\nConduct data analysis and trending to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in process development, MSAT, or manufacturing support within the biopharmaceutical industry.\nStrong understanding of downstream (purification) manufacturing processes.\nExperience with process scale-up, technology transfer, and validation activities.\nProficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nKnowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
