Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat You Will Get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location.\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport project teams in the implementation and startup of innovative vaccine manufacturing processes.\nContribute to the qualification, commissioning, and validation of new production areas, systems, and equipment.\nOperate manufacturing equipment independently, including preparation, execution, monitoring, and cleaning activities in accordance with approved procedures.\nPerform environmental monitoring, in-process controls (IPC), and sampling within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\nMonitor production processes, identify potential issues, and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure GMP-compliant and timely documentation of manufacturing activities using electronic systems and logbooks.\nHandle, inspect, clean, and store production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe welcome candidates from all experience levels, including experienced manufacturing professionals and career changers with relevant qualifications.\nCompleted apprenticeship in a pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, or related technical field, or a university degree in a relevant discipline.\nPrevious experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP-regulated environments is advantageous.\nStrong safety awareness and commitment to quality and compliance.\nAbility to work effectively in a team while demonstrating ownership and accountability.\nFluent German and/or English communication skills.\nFlexibility and willingness to work in a 4-shift production environment.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
