This position combines financial analytics, KPI reporting, governance, and process improvement to ensure leaders have the accurate insights needed to drive business performance and operational excellence.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\n\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location.\n\nWhat you will do:\nDeliver platform-level financial analyses and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across revenue outlooks, revenue recognition, WBS structures, work-in-progress (WIP), and deferred balances.\n\nPrepare, analyze, and present KPI reporting for site and platform reviews to support performance management and informed decision-making.\n\nSupport target-setting and Business Review (BSR) processes through robust data analysis, scenario modelling, and clear communication of risks, assumptions, and opportunities.\n\nMaintain aligned views of risks and opportunities across CGT and mRNA sites, ensuring clear linkage to financial performance and business impact.\n\nImprove scope governance by supporting reporting, data quality, and continuous enhancement of tools, trackers, and processes used to manage scope changes.\n\nDesign and implement automation solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools that increase reporting efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and improve business insights.\n\nPartner closely with Program Management, Finance, Commercial Development, Proposals, and Operations teams to drive consistent data governance and platform-wide standardization.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience in financial analytics, program management analytics, portfolio management, project controlling, or a related analytical function.\n\nStrong expertise in financial reporting, KPI analysis, business performance management, and data-driven decision support.\n\nAdvanced Excel and Power BI development skills, with the ability to create impactful dashboards and visualizations.\n\nExperience using automation tools and process improvement techniques to streamline reporting and enhance data quality.\n\nProven ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed, and highly regulated environments, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.\n\nExperience within Life Sciences, Biopharma, Manufacturing, or Capital Project environments is preferred.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
