Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and a dynamic work culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\n\nIn addition to a competitive salary, you can expect numerous lifestyle, family, and leisure benefits.\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nOur local benefits: 3cf206339e0e4e41a77e8c806138c2b5\nWhat you will do:\nLead and continuously improve aseptic compounding processes, leveraging GMP manufacturing experience to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.\n\nProvide hands-on technical support to operators, troubleshoot process issues, and drive deviations, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.\n\nExecute and support validation and qualification activities, including the preparation, review, and maintenance of all relevant GMP documentation.\n\nMaintain equipment and processes in an inspection-ready state, support internal and external audits, and contribute expertise in sterile manufacturing environments.\n\nCollaborate within a proactive, reliable, and accountable team, bringing a BSc/MSc in a scientific discipline, fluent English and conversational German (B1); experience with GMP washers, sterilization processes, thawing, and compounding is an advantage.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) with hands-on experience in aseptic/sterile manufacturing environments.\n\nProven experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation requirements is a must. Experience in qualification and validation activities are a strong advantage.\n\nFluent English and conversational German (B1 level or above), enabling effective communication across teams and functions.\n\nA proactive, reliable team player who enjoys collaborating with others, takes ownership of responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple parallel activities.\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity with a high degree of flexibility; experience in thawing and compounding operations and knowledge of GMP washers and autoclaves are considered strong advantages.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
