Our full list of tailored local benefits can be found below.\nBenefits in Basel: https://media.ffycdn.net/eu/lonza-group-ag/d/5c78e3b906804b0cb6710009ab5507de?updated\nWhat you will do:\nLead the design of GCC Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement processes, ensuring alignment with global procurement standards, policies, and ERP templates.\nDefine future-state operating models and foster collaboration between Procurement, GBSO, ERP teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies.\nDrive procurement design workshops and ensure procurement requirements are embedded in cross-functional decisions and transformation initiatives.\nReview, validate, and govern procurement process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and AI-generated outputs to ensure quality and operational readiness.\nSupport transition and service readiness by ensuring effective controls, hand-offs, training materials, and Day-1 operational capability.\nEstablish and monitor service performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.\nIdentify and champion automation, digital enablement, and standardized best practices to deliver scalable and efficient procurement operations.\nWhat we are looking for:\nMaster’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.\nMin. 8 - 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain transformation, shared services, GBS, or operating model design, ideally within complex global organizations.\nStrong expertise in designing and optimizing procurement and supply chain processes within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or shared services environments.\nProven track record supporting GBS/SSC implementations and large-scale ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA programs.\nDeep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, service delivery models, performance frameworks, and knowledge transfer activities.\nStrong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple workstreams.\nExperience in consulting environments, familiarity with AI-enabled process documentation tools, and exposure to the life sciences or CDMO industry are strong advantages.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
