Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career with opportunities to develop both technical and project management skills.\nExposure to engineering, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and validation teams.\nThe opportunity to contribute to projects that support the delivery of life-changing therapies.\nA collaborative, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.\nRelocation support for eligible candidates.\nWhat you will do:\nLead small engineering and operational improvement projects from planning through completion.\nSupport larger capital projects while learning from experienced project and engineering leaders.\nDevelop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.\nCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.\nSupport equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and qualification activities.\nEnsure projects meet safety, quality, engineering, and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery, engineering standards, and equipment reliability.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nUp to three years of engineering experience in manufacturing or another regulated industry.\nInternship, co-op, or project experience supporting engineering projects is a plus.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with project management principles and engineering design concepts.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar engineering tools is beneficial.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, organization, and collaboration skills.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
