Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you’ll get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nDaily company bus from the MRT location near your home to and from the Tuas site.\nWhat you'll do:\nSupervise daily routine and repair work orders as assigned to enable smooth handover and minimize disruption to production schedule.\nRespond on-call for service breakdown and ensure all routine maintenance works are duly carried out as scheduled and in compliance with Engineering standards and procedures and GMP and meet EHS requirement.\nAnalyze and interpret data to develop solutions based on engineering knowledge and field experience to resolve problems quickly and effectively\nPerform equipment related breakdown/ failure troubleshooting/ recovery with maintenance Associate Engineer.\nEnsure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory and cGMP requirement to prevent major compliance observation.\nPerform reviewing of executed maintenance work order in SAP to ensure all GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion.\nPerform deviation investigation, root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns, addressing any technical enquiries and closing Change Control Tasks.\nDrive continuous improvement initiative to promote asset reliability and maintenance excellent to enhance equipment/ system/ process robustness.\nWhat we're looking for:\nDegree in engineering related fields (mechanical engineering).\nGMP experience\nAble to do on-call for any machine breakdowns\nAble to manage deviation cases\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
