You will help design, implement and sustain secure, compliant access models across global SAP environments, directly contributing to business continuity, audit readiness and digital transformation.\nWhat you will get - Global Version\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location.\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits\nWhat you will do\nDesign, build and maintain SAP authorization and role-based access models with a strong risk-based and compliance-focused approach.\nSupport global projects by defining SAP Secure Access concepts across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.\nCollaborate with IT, business stakeholders, quality and compliance teams to ensure secure and auditable access management.\nLead and coordinate external authorization resources, ensuring delivery against agreed service levels and governance requirements.\nStrengthen segregation of duties (SoD) controls through proactive monitoring, analysis and remediation of access risks.\nContribute to the rollout and cutover of new access concepts for S/4 systems, including Fiori roles and catalogs.\nSupport the establishment and continuous improvement of authorization processes, documentation and operating models.\nWhat we are looking for\nStrong experience in SAP Access and Security, including role design and authorization concepts in ECC and S/4HANA environments.\nHands-on knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and identity/provisioning solutions such as SailPoint.\nSolid understanding of segregation of duties, compliance requirements and audit expectations in regulated environments.\nExperience working in cross-functional, global teams and partnering effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.\nA background in Computer Science or a related IT field, with the ability to translate business needs into secure technical solutions.\nClear communication skills, with confidence in facilitating discussions and guiding stakeholders toward practical outcomes.\nA proactive, self-driven mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and professional growth.\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
