This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, build strong customer partnerships, and drive the successful delivery of biologics manufacturing programs with excellence in quality, timeline, and cost.\nWhat You Will Ge t\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development within a global life sciences leader.\nExposure to innovative biologics manufacturing programs and industry-leading technologies.\nCollaborative, customer-focused environment with global career opportunities. \nWhat You Will Do\nServe as the primary interface between customers and Lonza, ensuring successful program execution and delivery.\nBuild strong customer relationships and advocate for customer needs while aligning with Lonza's business objectives.\nLead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve program scope, quality, timeline, and budget objectives.\nApply Program Management Standard Work processes and tools to effectively manage and track program performance.\nDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and collaborative relationship management.\nSupport onboarding and mentoring of new Program Management team members as a PMP Peer.\nPromote and share best practices, ensuring adherence to global Program and Project Management Center of Excellence standards and data integrity requirements.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree required; degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or another STEM-related field preferred.\nExperience in Program Management, Project Management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline preferred.\nPMP certification or comparable Project Management certification is preferred.\n5+ years of professional experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, contract manufacturing, or related industries preferred.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and successfully align multiple stakeholders toward shared objectives.\nStrong communication, relationship management, and customer-facing skills.\nTechnical understanding of biologics manufacturing, mammalian cell culture, or biopharmaceutical processes is advantageous but not required.\nAbout Lonz a\nToday, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents.
