In this key supervisory role, you will lead shift activities, support troubleshooting, manage consumables, and ensure smooth execution of printing processes while fostering strong GMP and EHS culture\nWhat you will get\nLeadership responsibility in overseeing full printing-shift operations including planning, resource allocation, and activity management\nOpportunity to mentor operators, support troubleshooting, and influence operational excellence within the printing area.\nExposure to quality systems, GMP, EHS, and CAPA processes while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.\nHands-on involvement in printing consumable management (ink & rollers), equipment checks, and line clearance activities\nWhat you will do\nPlan all shift activities including manning, leave, overtime, WIP management, and PCM planning.\nEnsure proper changeover and line clearance before each new batch, including foreign-object checks and print booth cleanliness.\nConfirm all quality parameters and specifications are established prior to process start-up.\nEnsure effective implementation and follow-up of SOPs, GMP, and EHS requirements across the shift.\nSupport operators during mechanical troubleshooting and breakdowns, ensuring timely response to issues.\nManage printing ink and roller consumption to maintain availability and minimize wastage.\nVerify CSS/V-Box on PCM and ensure sampling is properly completed by print operators. Conduct random capsule checks and implement corrective action if deviations occur.\nWhat we are looking for\nEducation & Experience : Required: B.Tech - Mechanical / Printing\nExperience: More than three years, at an advanced level.\nAgility: Acts quickly, makes smart decisions, and stays focused.\nBusiness Acumen: Shares ideas to improve business operations.\nDriving Results: Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work to meet deadlines.\nLanguage : Hindi / English (Required)\nCollaboration: Works actively as part of the team.\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
