Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance.\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location.\nThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop, and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and on-the-job training programs for manufacturing personnel.\nQualify and certify manufacturing employees on production processes, aseptic techniques, cleanroom behaviors, equipment operation, and GMP documentation practices.\nMaintain training curricula, qualification matrices, and training records in accordance with regulatory requirements.\nPartner with Manufacturing leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans.\nConduct training effectiveness assessments and implement continuous improvements to training programs.\nSupport onboarding of new manufacturing employees through structured learning pathways.\nCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and revise training materials, job aids, and standard work documentation.\nSupport deviation investigations related to training deficiencies and implement corrective actions when required.\nAssist with new product introduction (NPI) activities by developing and delivering training associated with new processes, equipment, and procedures.\nParticipate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits as a training subject matter expert.\nMonitor training compliance and proactively address overdue qualifications.\nSupport both day shift and night shift based on business needs\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field\n5-10 Years of experience if biotech/biopharma laboratory or manufacturing experience preferably in a Cell Therapy manufacturing environment.\nExcellent communication skills (oral and written)\nExcellent Aseptic Technique and Cleanroom Skills\nAbility to perform aseptic gowning on a daily basis\nComputer software skills (i.e. Cornerstone, Microsoft Office, Trackwise)\nDatabase and spreadsheet creation and maintenance\nOrganization, record keeping, and planning skills\nManaging multiple projects, time management skills\nPeople management and training methods\nAble to assess and recommend training needs and training assignments/requirements/curricula.\nAbility to lead cross-functional consultation on training strategy, strong facilitation and delivery skills, and ability to coordinate complex training initiatives.\nSkilled in coaching, training, and facilitation practices\nAbility to travel at least 20% travel based on site location and or client visits\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
