In this role, you will drive compliance, enhance supplier performance, and support uninterrupted supply of high-quality materials and services that ultimately impact patient outcomes worldwide.\nWhat you will get\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace\n\nCompensation programs that recognize high performance\n\nA variety of benefits dependent on role and location\n\nWhat you will do:\nLead end-to-end supplier quality processes such as Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), Supplier Quality Agreements (QAAs), and supplier complaints to ensure timely and compliant handling\n\nEvaluate supplier changes and requests using risk-based and analytical decision-making to protect product quality and supply continuity\n\nReview and approve supply chain records (VSCI) governing the use of materials, services, and equipment across the Lonza network\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QC, Procurement, MSAT, Planning) to assess impact and manage risks effectively\n\nMaintain accurate supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standards\n\nMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality processes, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement\n\nAct as a global point of contact for supplier quality topics, supporting audits, inspections, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry within Supplier Quality\n\nStrong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements\n\nProven analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities\n\nAbility to manage complex workflows and make sound decisions in dynamic, cross-functional environments\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams\n\nDegree in a scientific discipline such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biotechnology (or equivalent)\n\nBusiness fluency in English\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
