You’ll support employee growth through performance reviews, regular feedback, and development plans.\nProduction Oversight: Manage daily operations within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll set priorities, allocate resources, and work collaboratively to ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.\nProblem Solving & Process Improvement: Investigate production deviations and contribute to continuous improvement projects. You’ll be responsible for recognizing and correcting issues, ensuring compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team leaders and departments to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and share best practices.
