Responsibilities\nWorkday Support & Issue Resolution\nProvide day-to-day functional support for Workday users and stakeholders.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.\nEscalate complex issues appropriately and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.\nServe as a trusted support partner for business users across Workday modules.\nData Management & Governance\nMaintain and monitor data integrity within Workday through regular audits and validations.\nIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and system inconsistencies.\nPerform data imports, exports, and mass data updates using approved tools and processes.\nEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.\nReporting & Analytics\nCreate, modify, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.\nDevelop reporting solutions that provide meaningful workforce insights and support business decision-making.\nAssist stakeholders with report requirements and data analysis needs.\nConfiguration & System Maintenance\nSupport functional configuration activities across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM Talent Management Recruiting Compensation\nAssist with business process definitions, condition rules, and calculated fields.\nSupport ongoing system enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts.\nUser Enablement & Documentation\nDevelop and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.\nAssist with user training sessions and promote best practices across the organization.\nSupport change management and adoption initiatives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with HR, IT, Finance, and other functional teams to ensure effective Workday operations.\nSupport integrations, process improvements, and ongoing system enhancements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.\nKey Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years or 3-5 years of experience supporting Workday HCM environments.\nExperience supporting one or more Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.\nTechnical Expertise\nGood understanding of Workday business processes and security concepts.\nFamiliarity with configuration activities, including Business Process Definitions Condition Rules Calculated Fields\nExperience with Workday data management tools such as EIB and Object Transporter.\nWorking knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboard development.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to perform root-cause analysis.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday HCM Certification and/or formal Workday training.\nExperience building Workday reports and dashboards.\nExposure to HR data analytics and workforce reporting.\nLean Six Sigma certification or knowledge is considered an
