Thanks to that, your career will never stop, and the company’s values and trusted relationships with their clients and among all their team members will bring you to the next level of the SAP consulting world.. \nIn the role of a Program Manager, you will:\nLeading pre-sales for manufacturing clients: responses to RFPs / RFIs, proposals and program financials; \n\nShaping the delivery approach and framework for S/4HANA transformations in manufacturing, from proposal through program preparation; \n\nLeading mid-size or co-leading large S/4HANA programs, including multi-country, multi-plant roll-outs and ECC to S/4HANA migrations; \n\nTaking overall accountability for delivery: planning, cost, timelines, quality, risks and change control; \n\nSetting up and running program governance and the Program Office, and reporting to Program Boards and Steering Committees; \n\nGuiding end-to-end process teams with a focus on Plan-to-Produce, and protecting production continuity at cutover and go-live; \n\nManaging senior client stakeholders, including C-level, and internal, third-party and contract resources across onsite, nearshore and offshore teams; \n\nMentoring consultants and building high-performing teams.\n\nRequirements\n\nSuperior client and stakeholder skills: trusted relationships with client leadership, influence at C-level, comfort with complex organizations and ambiguity; \n\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and vendor management skills; \n\nProven ability to deliver to time, cost and quality under tight deadlines and challenging constraints; \n\nExtensive (10+ years) client-facing consulting experience, with program leadership in large-scale SAP transformations; \n\nTrack record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4HANA, ideally in the Manufacturing sector (e.g. automotive, industrial, high tech / semiconductors); \n\nStrong experience in at least two process areas: Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report; Plan-to-Produce is a strong advantage; \n\nExperience leading multi-vendor teams in onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery models; \n\nPractical knowledge of SAP Activate (incl.
