You’ll have real autonomy and influence, talking to customers regularly to understand their workflows, working closely with the wider business to shape your solutions, and seeing your ideas through to shipped outcomes.\nWe’re looking for someone with:\nCritical thinking: you interrogate every brief, dig into root causes, and use foundational UX principles to get users from A to B effectively\nA builder’s mindset: you bring ideas to life, whether pairing closely with engineering or building high-fidelity prototypes yourself\nCustomer obsession: you’re hungry for insight, love running customer conversations, and can translate raw feedback into design strategy\nInitiative: a strong bias for action. You don’t wait for a backlog, you identify high-impact work and push it forward\nStrong communication: you can clearly articulate the “why” behind your decisions and bring engineers, sales, customer success and leaders along with you\nAround 2+ years’ experience in SaaS or product design, with a track record of shipping real products and a genuine hunger to grow into a senior role\nThe role\nYou’ll work in a cross-functional product team, owning projects from discovery through to delivery, supported by broader design and product leadership. Some of what you might work on:\nFiguring out how and when to send meaningful, timely notifications to users without overwhelming them\nIdentifying risk factors and surfacing actionable insights from the data your product captures\nPolishing workflows: keeping UI/UX debt in check, simplifying flows, driving consistency\nHow we work\nA few days a week from a brand-new CBD office, with flexibility to work from home the rest.
