application development\n2+ years of experience with Javascript development, preferably NodeJS and Reactnative\nExperience working with relational databases leveraging ORMs and SQL queries\nExperience creating meaningful APIs and models that are flexible and scalable\nExperience working in technical areas of frontend development, preferably React, Redux, and HTML/CSS\nExperience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to build meaningful software solutions\nExperience using a balanced approach writing clear, maintainable, well-structured code accompanied by useful tests when feasible\nExperience analyzing, improving, debugging, and optimizing code\nClear communication skills\nCapable of effectively evaluating data to make decisions\nUnderstand the cross-functionality of various technical systems\nUnderstand the connections and interdependencies between teams and departments\nProduce exceptional output and work quality\nHave a strong reputation for accountability and reliability\nComfortable owning projects\nWilling to express opinions respectfully on architecture, product, and UI designs\nEnjoy working in a team but can thrive working independently\nDesire to
