You will translate customer requirements into platform configuration, data flows and integrations, and drive each implementation through testing and go-live. This is a hands-on role.\nWhat you will actually do\nOwn enterprise implementations from handoff to go-live - Drive the plan, timelines, dependencies, customer decisions and launch-readiness criteria.\nTranslate requirements into a working solution - Understand how the customer’s benefits program should operate, then configure the workflows, business rules and employee experience accordingly.\nCoordinate data and integrations - Work with customers and technology teams to migrate employee data, connect existing systems and validate that information flows accurately.\nTesting and launch readiness - Run end-to-end testing, coordinate customer acceptance, manage defects and secure approvals before launch.\nManage stakeholders and resolve problems - Lead customer conversations, coordinate internal teams, communicate risks early and diagnose configuration, data or integration issues.\nDrive go-live and handover - Confirm the solution is ready, document the final setup and transfer complete context to the teams responsible for ongoing servicing.\nImprove how implementations scale - Build reusable templates, playbooks and automation that make future implementations faster and more reliable.\nWho will thrive here\nYou have 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting or technical onboarding, and have managed implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.\nYou can translate business requirements into practical system configuration.\nYou understand APIs, integrations, data mapping and file-based data exchange.
