Senior Product Manager

We are looking for Product Managers who are builders. People who can move from customer insight to shipped product quickly, and increasingly, through AI-native systems. You will own products across our enterprise and insurance platforms and help shape how AI augments healthcare, policy coverage, claims and support workflows, decision-making, and member experiences. This includes building agentic workflows, deploying LLM-powered systems, and designing products where software and AI work together seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of key products across Loop's enterprise and insurance platforms.
• Design and ship AI-first product experiences using LLMs, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Move quickly from problem discovery to product shipping by building prototypes, experiments, and production features.
• Work directly with engineering, design, and data teams to deploy agentic workflows, automation, and AI-enabled decision systems.
• Define and run product experiments, evaluation frameworks, and model performance benchmarks.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations, medical teams, and customer success to build products that scale.
• Drive clarity and decision-making across competing priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of product management experience in fast-moving product environments.
• Strong builder's mindset. You ship products, not just manage backlogs.
• Experience working on technical platforms, internal tools, or complex workflow products.
• Comfort working with AI systems including LLMs, generative AI products, or automation-driven workflows.
• Understanding of how to evaluate and ship AI systems, including prompts, evaluation frameworks, model behaviour, and product trade-offs.
• Ability to move from ambiguous problem spaces to clear product strategy and execution.
• Strong product intuition around UX, workflows, and customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly.
