You will manage end-to-end migration workflows, support onboarding specialists, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high data accuracy with zero-error execution. The role blends backend operations, basic scripting, Shopify know-how, testing, and documentationideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and enabling seamless merchant go-lives.\nResponsibilities\nClient Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.\nData migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.\nTechnical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.\nQuality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.\nShopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.\nIdeal Profile\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.\nProficiency in Excel and Python scripts\nExperience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.\nStrong problem-solving
