architecture using Loop’s existing APIs/ portal/ custom CSS and JS.\n\nClient Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.\n\nData migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.\n\nTechnical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.\n\nDocumentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.\n\nQuality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.\n\nShopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.\n\nIdeal Profile\nMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in tech operations or a related role.\n\nGood communication skills\n\nProficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts\n\nExperience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.\n\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently when
