understand how hiring needs shift with fast-changing headcount and role requirements.\nExperience hiring in or expanding into US and/or EMEA markets, including familiarity with regional compensation benchmarks, employment norms, and sourcing channels.\nLed or managed a team of at least two people, with direct accountability for their output.\nWorking knowledge of core hiring metrics and how to use them to diagnose and fix process gaps, not just report on them.\nA track record of owning hiring outcomes end-to-end, not just executing within an existing
