You don't need to own backend features, but you should be fluent enough to reason about them.\nSit close to customers, join calls, understand pain points, and translate them into product and UI priorities.\nBring critical thinking to existing solutions; we want engineers who challenge assumptions and propose better approaches, not just execute tickets.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of professional, full-time experience building production frontend systems.\nDeep React.js expertise in component architecture, state management, and performance optimisation at scale.
